We meet every 2nd Wednesday of the month for our Critiquing and Competition Meeting. Join us for a great evening where a judge will critique submitted photos, giving ideas as how they can be improved as well as praise for a job well done.
The “A” group members consisting of professional and serious amateurs will be presenting their best work for critique and competition on a more advanced level. The “B” group members consisting of beginners and growing novice photographers will be submitting their best work for critique and competition as part of the learning process. Members can submit 1 OPEN category image taken at any time and 1 THEME category image which needs to have been taken within the last year. The open category can be any image you've taken and would like to share with others as well as get some input from this month's judge. Not a member yet? Join us as our guest! The 3rd Saturday (or designated day) of each month is reserved for our monthly Phototunity (Field Trip). Every month we go as a group somewhere that is rich with photographic potential. It's during these Phototunities members get to know each other better. Spending time together we are able to enjoy sharing individual style and techniques with each other. This is a great opportunity for less experienced photographers to team up with a mentor for a one-on-one learning experience. While spending time with each other, questions on camera setting and subject matter can be discussed in real time. Workshops are great but applying what you have learned in the field with an experienced mentor who can put light on those grey areas going through your head. Everyone is invited to join in our Phototunities! Members, feel free to invite a guest.

On the 4th Wednesday of each month we hold our Workshop Class. This is an informal classroom environment currently on zoom where we review and discuss different subject matter that will make you a better photographer.
As the result of listening to new and potential new members, we have heard over-and-over again the need to better understand their camera, Photoshop / Lightroom, and how to take better photos in general. This is your opportunity to learn hands-on in a relaxed setting where we are able to stop and answer questions when they arise. A guest who has been invited by a member is welcome to attend.
