May 2019  Monthly Workshop

Using Two Off Camera Flashes

Picture
The May Workshop Meeting will be held 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22nd at the Artists' Workshop, 540 Barracuda Boulevard,  New Smyrna Beach (additional directions below).

January 2018  Tony Barbuito did a workshop on using off camera flash.  For this workshop he plans to continue where he left off last time. Tony will be showing us how to use 2 off camera flashes in clam shell fashion, in a Studio type atmosphere.

If time allows he will go into "Inverse Square Law", which speaks to how rapidly light falls off behind the subject.

Tony's last workshop was a huge success, we had a good time learning and working with each other.  Take a minute and review  the January 2018 workshop and you will see from last years photos how learning in a relaxed atmosphere is beneficial and fun.

As always, guest are welcome, you do not have to be a member to attend this workshop meetings.  Come on out for an evening of learning and enjoy the company of other photographers of all levels.

Looking forward to seeing you.

Note: GPS will take you just short of our location at the Marine Discovery Center / Artist's Workshop.
Turn left onto Barracuda Blvd., continue over the little bridge crossing the water way, drive 1/10 mile to the Marine Discovery Center on left.   Park in lot,  take the lighted walkway on your right (north side) to the back of the building.   See you there.
