​The Theme This Month Was "Black and White"

Our judge this month was Peter Schreyer

Peter Schreyer, Crealde’s Executive Director and internationally exhibited photographer, who is known for his award winning documentary projects that celebrate the history and heritage of communities in a contemporary context.   He has received numerous grants and acclamations for his work, including a Fellowship in Visual Arts from the State of Florida and most recently, a portfolio of his Central Florida archival photographs were purchased for the prestigious Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art at the Cornell Fine Arts Museum in Winter Park.  Over​

​the past three decades, the Swiss born educator has crafted photographic tours to Europe and the American West that appeal to cultural travelers and photographers of all skill levels.  Peter Schreyer created this new photo tour in 2018, commemorating his 40th anniversary in his beloved America.
